About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to orders placed through Lover's F.C. “Lover's F.C”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website.

Orders and contract formation

Product displays are invitations to place an order and are not binding offers. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We will send an acknowledgement after receiving your order. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, or at the latest when the goods are delivered.

Prices and payment

Prices shown at checkout when you place your order apply to that order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. We may cancel or suspend an order where payment is declined, fraud is reasonably suspected or required verification checks cannot be completed.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days and delivery after dispatch is estimated at 7–12 business days. Standard UK shipping is free. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free and no restocking fee is charged. Refunds are processed in accordance with the Refund and Returns Policy.

Product information

We aim to display product information accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device. We may correct errors, update product information or withdraw products where reasonably necessary.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
