30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original condition. Please include labels, tags, accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible. This does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

How to start a return

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item or items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Free returns and no restocking fee

Eligible returns are free of charge. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Where a return is required, we inspect the item after it is received. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item for your refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refunded amount to appear.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly and include photos or videos where requested. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.
