Delivery area

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimate

After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–12 business days. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 8–15 business days, including processing and transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping cost

Standard UK shipping is free of charge.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us and include your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
